Terms and conditions for ride bookings

Effective from 29/10/2026.

This is a translation provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Polish version prevails.

§1. Service provider

  1. The website 2Ride.PL is operated, and passenger transport services are provided, by JC-TECH.PL Jarosław Czarnecki, ul. Myśliwska 88/2, 43-370 Szczyrk, Polish tax ID (NIP) 9372497705 (hereinafter: the "Carrier"). 2Ride.PL is the trade name under which the Carrier offers its services.
  2. Contact: phone +48 503 164 855, e-mail biuro@2ride.pl (Pn–Nd 7:00–21:00).
  3. These terms set out the rules for booking rides via the website 2Ride.PL (including bookings made by the reception desks of partner hotels), payments, cancellations and complaints. The contract of carriage is concluded between the Customer and the Carrier.
  4. The Carrier may entrust a ride to a partner carrier – a driver running their own business and holding the required licences (hereinafter: the "Performing Carrier"). The Carrier remains responsible to the Customer for the proper performance of the contract. If the ride is performed by a Performing Carrier, the sales document (receipt or invoice) may be issued by them – the Customer receives it by e-mail or via the booking link.

§2. Booking and conclusion of the contract

  1. Bookings are made using the form on the website, without creating an account. The Customer provides the date, route, number of passengers and contact details (e-mail and a phone number with the country code, e.g. +44) and chooses the sales document.
  2. For airport transfers the Customer provides the flight number (outbound and return) or indicates that they will send it later – as a message in the booking. The flight number allows the ride to be adjusted to the actual arrival or departure time.
  3. A booking may also be made on the Customer's behalf by the reception desk of a partner hotel – with the Customer's consent and based on the details provided by the Customer. The reception chooses the payment method agreed with the Customer: a link for online payment (sent to the Customer by text message and, if an address is given, also by e-mail) or payment to the driver before the ride starts. In this case the reception also receives copies of the confirmations.
  4. Submitting the form constitutes an order – it does not oblige the Customer to pay. The Carrier checks the order and confirms it, asks for changes or declines it. The Customer (and, for bookings made by a reception desk, also the reception) is informed by e-mail or text message and via the booking link.
  5. If the chosen time is already taken, the Customer may send an enquiry for that time. An enquiry is not a booking – the Carrier replies whether the ride can be arranged.
  6. The contract is concluded when the Carrier confirms the order. With online payment, the ride is paid in advance, after the Carrier has confirmed the order – the booking is binding once the full amount has been paid (§4). With payment to the driver, the booking is binding once confirmed.
  7. Until confirmation, the Customer may amend the order via the booking link. The Customer may cancel it at any time before the ride (§5).
  8. Orders for larger groups (several minibuses) and services "to be quoted" are enquiries – the Carrier states the price in its reply.

§3. Prices and discount codes

  1. Prices are given in Polish zloty (PLN), net and gross (including VAT). Prices marked "from" are minimum prices – the final price depends on, among other things, the day, the route and any extras.
  2. For services priced "from … to …", per kilometre or "to be quoted", the Carrier states the final price before confirming the order; the Customer pays only after learning the price.
  3. For package services (kilometre and hour limits), exceeding the limit is charged after the ride at the rates stated for the service (additional payment).
  4. The Customer may enter a discount code in the form. The code reduces the price of the services it applies to (e.g. only the ride, not the extras), is valid in the stated period and until its usage limit is reached. One code may be used per order. A code cannot be exchanged for cash. The discount is shown in the summary before the order is sent.

§4. Payments, invoices and tips

  1. The ride is paid in advance: after the Carrier has confirmed the order, the Customer pays the full amount online (BLIK, payment card) via the payment operator Stripe.
  2. The Customer has 1 h from confirmation to pay. If no payment is made within this time, the order is cancelled automatically and the time slot becomes available again.
  3. For bookings made by a hotel reception with payment to the driver, the Customer pays the full amount to the driver before the ride starts – in cash or by payment card.
  4. At the Customer's request a receipt or an invoice (and, if the Carrier offers it, a personal bill) is issued, according to the details given in the order. Invoices are issued electronically after the ride; the Customer receives a link to download the PDF. Invoices are issued to businesses from Poland and other European Union countries (with an EU VAT number); for businesses outside the European Union a receipt is issued.
  5. After the ride the Customer may – entirely voluntarily – leave a tip online (BLIK, payment card, via Stripe). A tip is not part of the fare, does not require a sales document and goes to the driver who performed the ride or to the Carrier. A tip paid is not refundable unless it was paid by mistake – in that case please contact us.

§5. Cancellation and changes

  1. The Customer may cancel the order themselves at any time before the ride – also after payment – using the “Cancel ride” button via the booking link (the link is also in the e-mails). Cancellations can also be made by e-mail, by phone, by a message in the booking or through the hotel reception that made the booking. The consequences of cancelling after payment are set out in para. 2.
  2. The payment reserves the time slot exclusively for the Customer. In the event of cancellation or no-show for reasons attributable to the Customer, the amount paid is not refundable – the time slot and the minibus were reserved exclusively for the Customer and could not be sold to anyone else.
  3. Online payments are refunded using the same payment method, usually within a few business days.
  4. A Customer who is a consumer has no right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days – the contract concerns passenger transport on a specified date (Article 38(1)(12) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act).
  5. The Carrier may change the minibus, the driver or the Performing Carrier (e.g. due to illness, a breakdown or work organisation). Such a change does not require the Customer's consent if the date and conditions of the ride remain unchanged; for a confirmed order the Customer is informed of the change.
  6. If the ride cannot take place for reasons attributable to the Carrier, the Customer receives a full refund of the amount paid.

§6. The ride

  1. The Customer provides the exact addresses and pick-up time – the minibus is booked for that specific time. The driver waits for passengers for a maximum of 10 minutes after the agreed time, unless the Customer agrees otherwise with the driver (longer waiting may involve an extra charge).
  2. On the day of the ride the Customer may receive notifications: "Your driver is on the way" and "Your driver is waiting" (by e-mail, text message or browser notification). If the driver shares it, the approximate position of the minibus is shown on a map via the booking link while the driver is on the way to the Customer. The position preview is for information only – the agreed pick-up time is binding.
  3. Children under 150 cm in height are carried only in a child seat or booster seat, in accordance with road traffic regulations. A child seat or booster seat must be ordered in the form or provided by the Customer.
  4. The number of passengers may not exceed the number stated in the order or the number of seats in the minibus. The driver may refuse to carry persons who endanger safety.
  5. A reasonable amount of luggage is included in the price; unusual luggage (e.g. bicycles, skis) must be stated in the comments.

§7. Complaints and reviews

  1. Complaints can be submitted by e-mail to biuro@2ride.pl or as a message in the booking. We reply within 14 days.
  2. After a completed ride the Customer may receive a one-time request for a review (by e-mail or text message). A review of the company and the driver can be left on the website and on Google. Reviews on the website are published after checking that they come from customers who took the ride.
  3. A Customer who is a consumer may seek assistance from a municipal or district consumer ombudsman and use out-of-court dispute resolution.

§8. Personal data and final provisions

  1. The rules for processing personal data are described in the privacy policy.
  2. Matters not regulated herein are governed by Polish law, in particular the Civil Code, the Transport Law and the Consumer Rights Act.
  3. Changes to these terms do not apply to orders placed before the change.
